Got an emergency callout over the weekend from a client who had a 200A fuse blow out in their restaurant and were worried everything in their fridges and freezers would go bad if it’s not rectified asap. I automatically knew which wholesalers to trust in this time of need so i called Ryan and he opened the shop for me and took his time to verify the right fuse goes with the right holder and once he was happy then only he handed everything to me. I had a really good experience and will definitely be keeping his number on speed dial for emergencies like these.

Super helpful staff, and always fully stocked. When something is not common that are quick to find a supplier or alternative option. Keypad lockers out the front full of the usual emergency parts are very handy for those weekend/night callouts. Very impressed

Hands down CNW balcatta hold the best stock in Perth. Example of this - My industrial/commercial client today in Welshpool needed my guys to get a few standard parts from nearby wholesalers. Basic stock that should be one the shelf.They didn’t have it. Held the job up.My clients words. *No one else runs a show like CNW Balcatta, they are just so organised.*This is based on a history of working with the particular client and his recollection over the years.After hearing this I reach out and one phone call the parts delivered to site within the hour.the client is not a sparky... I think that says allot.
