I have been taking my vehicles to Dale and before that to his dad Peter at Cranbourne Auto for over 15 years. Always great service. I also have 100% trust in what they tell and advise me about my vehicle. Dale's pricing is also fair and reasonable. I now live in Mount Eliza, but still prefer to travel over to Cranbourne to get my Triton service by Dale.

Really sad to be ripped off on a roadworthy certificate. Charged me 400 for the roadworthy no repairs done. Called around most places do between 175 - 225. Thank you for doing it same day but I didn't expect to be ripped off especially when the guy on the front desk was talking about how there are too many bad people around and that you don't know who to trust. Will not recommendUpdate: just received an invoice with an outstanding balance of 450 for a roadworthy no repairs even though I've paid the 400 already.

Dale at Cranbourne Auto provided amazing service and value when I took my car I to have it looked over. While on the surface the service may appear more expensive than other mechanics the level.of detail and service is well worth it. When I decided the car was not worth it to repair, Dale happily provided continued contact and advice in regards to what replacement model to look into.If your after a mechanic that delivers well and truly above what you pay for then taking your car here is a must. I know I will be.

I have been going to Cranbourne Auto for over 30yrs, I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Dale and his team are highly professional and trustworthy. When you pick up your car it has even been washed. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I've been getting my car serviced here since I started driving (aside from some time interstate). I have always been given good, honest advice on the state of my car. They're a bit more expensive than some places ($200 - $250 for a standard service and check up) but the quality and attention to details is worth it.
