Been going here for a while since it's my local. The pharmacists were super helpful and informative about the medication every time I took in my script. The prices aren't that much higher than others tbh and they always have what I'm looking for. Super sweet staff every time. Thanks guys

Terrible experience dealing with TerryWhite Chemmart Kew East today: discrimination for person with a disability - I was overcharged for a prescription which I was quoted $6.60 for, but ended up being charged $41.30 and told that I had to get the difference back from Medicare/Centrelink as my concession card was 'rejected'. This is rather curious given on the very same day I was able to be bulk-billed at a private medical clinic which issued the script with my valid and up-to-date concession card details. This incident has caused distress to me my family, and I believe the information the staff at the store gave me was misleading resulting in further loss of my time to check with Medicare, Centrelink, and a competitor pharmacy to ensure I am indeed entitled to the concession price for the given medication. I am asking for a refund of the difference in price for which I was overcharged. I will be contacting the store tomorrow morning to ask for a resolution.

If you want to experience the pinnacle of customer service please introduce yourself to Wendy and Carrie... Everytime I come in during their lunchbreaks when they are super HANGRY... around 2pm.... these two lovely women not only put on a big friendly customer service smile they go above and beyond to meet my Chemist Needs... I've never seen this before especially when its lunch and people can get super grumpy..Throughout these troubling times I have come in with many stresses and worries of the post covid world we now live in and after 5 mins of Wendy's exquisite customer service I leave as a new person. I should be paying her 150 dollars an hour instead of my shrink. Thank you for making Chemists great again! Mr Terry White sir... please give them large xmas bonuses ... they deserve it... :-)

Wendy is fabulous and went above and beyond to help me. She was able to order an item I needed and have it for me within the day. Such lovely customer service and highly recommend this pharmacy. It's so refreshing to meet staff that care about their customers. Thanks again :-)

Staff are friendly, but this pharmacy tends to be more significantly more expensive than others in the area.
