Had placed a huge order for an event and the order was totally forgotten about on the day despite having been paid for! Had to reorder and guests had to wait an extra hour for their dinner…. No extras were offered as an apology

Wiseguise. the restaurant with a signature upside-down pizza that led me to an unexpected romance. During my visit, I couldn't help but notice the stunning blonde-haired, blue-eyed waitress who caught my eye from across the room. Little did I know that her trip and the resulting pizza spill on my lap would be the catalyst for a beautiful relationship.As she cleaned up the mess, we struck up a conversation, and I couldn't help but be drawn in by her charm and wit. Before I knew it, we were laughing and sharing stories over a fresh, albeit upside-down, pizza. It was a dining experience unlike any other, and one that I'll never forget.As for the pizza itself, the unique presentation certainly added an element of excitement to the meal. The complex blend of toppings and flavors was a feast for the senses, and I couldn't help but be impressed by the creativity of the chef.So if you're looking for more than just a delicious meal, this may just be the place to find unexpected romance. Who knows - you may just meet your own stunning waitress with a penchant for pizza mishaps.

Pizzas are great, but unfortunately the service is constantly poor. Never enough people rostered on, you wait 10 minutes when you walk in the door for someone to serve you. Always late with your order. Swearing and carrying on coming from the kitchen. If they improved the service then it would be 5 stars!

It's lucky the pizzas (once you get them) are great because the rest of of the experience is just a comedy of errors. Seemingly always under staffed, we placed the order at 5pm for a 7pm pick up. Went to collect them and had to stand around for another 30 minutes before they found the order and they were ready, a dozen or so other people we're also waiting around for late orders or lost orders. Other disgruntled customers on the phone wondering where their pizzas are and perhaps the worst is the conversations from the kitchen that everyone can overhear all to clearly.. good pizzas let down by the rest of the experience unfortunately.

Good pizza, extremely slow service, ordered at 6:30pm for 7pm pickup and was not ready until after 7:30pm... Also only found out after the fact they had no cheese crust left

They had put a promo out on a public holiday but only had two staff on shift for the night. Tons of people ordered but they couldn't keep up with all the orders. Ended up waiting 2 hours for the food and the poor staff couldn't keep up with everything. If management cannot staff properly, they should close for the public holiday. Feel bad for the staff that had to manage a terrible shift.
