Let the barista choose the coffee and can only say 'superb'. Delicious coffee and the kids equally enjoyed their iced chocolates and juice. Would love to see the business expanded across Tassie and the rest of Australia to share the coffee experience to all - DO IT!

If you're after something different in coffee shops, then this is it. Don't be deceived by the size as the variety and knowledge of the owner is huge. Remember to try the Vietnamese coffee, the Komban but save it for last as I personally think it's the best. It's a very unique place to visit.

Awesome cafe in the small historic town of Ross. I feel like I stepped into a portal into a Melbourne cafe. The decor was lovely and the coffee was fantastic. I love black drip coffee!!! So much better than a long black! The owner was also very enthusiastic and we had a short explanation about the coffee making process and how they affect the unique flavours. Small selection of nibblies to help enhance the coffee. The cold brew also tasted great but it was harder to pick out the distinct flavours.

Learnt so much about how to brew, serve and enjoy top quality coffee in this surprising and lovely spot in the beautiful town of Ross. Brett patiently and generously walked us through the various qualities of single origin coffee. A memorable experience! Oh, and we enjoyed some great baked goods, too!

Dinki serves up the best coffee in Ross by a country mile. Brett the owner and barista really knows his stuff, and is happy to talk you through the different options, which is useful as there is always a new selection of roasts and origins on offer. Whether you like it hot or cold, strong or subtle, Brett will be able to find something to suit your taste. He even offers coffee flights if you can't decide! There is a great range of boutique pantry items and baked goods for sale as well. Definitely worth pulling off the highway for!
