Scourdry cleaning - carpet cleaning Melbourne

Not Quite happy. They don't remove any stains. Just spray and continue cleaning. Very quick steam and not in depth. No deodorising. When I ask they say all into the cleaning. Have done carpet cleaning before and this is not the process. Won't be using them again.

Found them online after getting a few quotes which didn't seem right to me as these had unclear small print. They got back to me by phone the following day with a very reasonable quote, $90 for 3BR, 40sqm. Price included sanitising which is normally charged extra, and they don't charge for stairs as they have a large hose can reach the full place from the ground floor (I had been quoted $40 extra because there is no lift available at my building). So I booked the appointment for Sunday.Nav gave me a call 30min before to let me know ETA. He was very polite and professional. I could see the difference in the carpet after the cleaning and the whole place smelt great for a couple of days. And...as quoted by phone $90 it wasReally appreciate the service! Will definitely book again

Highly recommend this company and will definately be using them again soon. SAM came out to stream clean a recliner....... (I wish I had taken a before photo), but the chair came out so clean. Responses to txts are prompt, Sam came on time, was super friendly and did an awesome job, gave a quote for carpets while he was there, that we will definately get them done soon. Thanx again

Great job done by sam. My couch looks brand which was not cleaned for many years. Very professional, knows the fabrics and even gave me tips to keep it clean. Dried in few hours. Definitely getting them back for future steam cleans.Highly recommend! Thank you sam.

The manager on the phone promised that he will send two guys so one guy can handle the parking and the other would do the job. And only one guy showed up and he wasn’t able to do the job because he couldn’t find parking on the same block. The is the second time it happened, which is very frustrating. The technician was polite but the manager in the phone over promised and wasted us lots of time. We will choose another carpet cleaning service. Be aware if you rely on street parking.

This booking was made last minute after a terrible experience with another company and it was a complete contrast.Such a positive and professional experience and will definitely be using them again.Friendly staff, arrived on time, quality work and price as quoted.

This company is a sham, they said $90 for two small bedrooms, and then come and ask to do a heavy" on the stairs for $135

Sam from Scourdry did such an incredible job!! He came early as he had a cancellation and it worked for both of us. It literally looks I have a brand new couch & rug. My couch had so many water stains and the rug was so dirty & pale, and now they’re both looking vibrant and colourful. Photos are right after cleaning so they’re a little damp.
