I brought chocolate cupcakes. They looked nice, however had no taste, were dry and the icing was salty. They were terrible.Will never buy from here again.

Bought the black forest cake and tasted nothing like it used to. The cake had an off-putting smell. Did not taste fresh at all. Strong taste of baking soda. Based on my experience, it was not worth my money and will never buy again.

I was looking to order some cupcakes online but thought I'd call and check that they were in stock before paying. I called the store, and the greeting on the phone was simply, 'Hello?' I thought perhaps I had dialed incorrectly, so I asked if that was the Cheesecake Shop, and was told it was. Taken a little aback by that greeting, I then proceeded to ask if they had the items I wanted in stock (they were listed as 'in stock' on the website). I was then told they didn't have the items in stock, and that I was ordering 'too many' (I didn't think 30 was too many, considering they advertise packs of 6 and 9). Really unimpressed with the service.

My husband bought a coffee pecan cake for my birthday. The sandwich icing layers were stinky.I have informed the store manager and he was very dismissive and defensive. He was really rude and wanted to give me half of a new cake if I brought it back. I've served some pieces for my friends and didn't know it stinks inside. I didn't even use half. There were 3/4 left. The second time they gave me an old frozen cake. The sandwich icing layers were frozen inside and the cake was crumbly. The smelly cake will be handed on to the health department to deal with and I will never buy cakes from here again.They freeze old cakes and use it in some cases like this to replace it for free. They are changing the actual expiration date of the cake slices in the cake slice fridge too.

Freeze Cake, not fresh at all. You pay $40 buck for a small cake and you get old with out of date fruits. Literally waste of money and time.

Worst customer service ever, phone to order a custom cake, the Indian lady accent answered the voice, didn’t even give me a chance to explain what sort of cake I want to order, she just interrupted me, and said I don’t know what you want, of course you don’t as you do not even give me a chance to explain. She then said come to the shop if you want to order, sorry lady if I have time to come I wouldn’t ring you at first place, have some patience for your customers lady.This is the first time I encountered this type of customer service at cheese cake shop, very disappointing.

I bought a mudcake from here, and the cake was super dry, crumbly, and stale. The icing just came off in sheets. It was obviously a very old cake, but I was disappointed because it was an expensive cake.I now go to the Cheesecake shop in Pakenham, because their cakes are really fresh.

The cheesecake sitting in the display unit, had dried out clearly several days old fruit on top. When asking for one of those cheesecakes we were given that exact one and the fruit wasn’t even replaced. For the price your paying you expect much better quality then several days old fruit and cheesecake.
