James and his team designed and built our garden in Balmain. They were all always on time, worked hard and didn’t disappear when rain set in like many. Always very polite and great communication. Cleaned up immaculately after every day and most importantly completed the project on time and on budget with no surprise variations. Couldn’t recommend them more strongly!

The quote for the works was more than expected but now that the final product is done, it is absolutely worth it. A big thank you to James, Ivan, Tom, Luke and the rest of the team from NBG for the wonderful work making our dream backyard come to life. We had a 3 tiered backyard that required a fair bit of excavation and limited side access and the team took it in their stride. I called NBG based on their good Google reviews and have not been disappointed.James is very friendly, reactive and available. Communication is excellent.NBG did the softscaping in our new house.We added some new plants to the original list and there was no problem to supply them all. We asked for advice and James recommended beautiful plants for our balconies as well.James also installed the irrigation system in our frontyard and backyard. No apps, just taps and we are very happy, it is very easy to use.With NBG we had only good surprises.The fees are reasonable and the team came as per schedule.NBG looks after our garden for maintenance once a month.We are very happy with NBG and will definitely use them for other projects.

From the beginning James was incredibly helpful and answered the many questions I had without complaint, he was clear and concise in his communications. The team were also very accommodating over my timelines as I was travelling.Once the job started Ben was on time daily and always left the work is a tidy and well thought through manner. He was also very helpful and often send me recommendations and screenshots of which items I needed. They took instruction incredibly well and gave sound advice too.I have been extremely pleased with my experience with the team and look forward to working with them again! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to undertake any backyard/landscape improvements.
