So far so awesome. I am moving to Portland from Geelong and do not own any appliances. I just ordered my dream LG bottom mount fridge and an LG washing machine. I received a call from one of the very friendly Portland store guys who has offered super speedy delivery on the available item, and the loan of a fridge until my dream fridge arrives in 3 weeks. So I will only be living camp style over the weekend, which is good, I was expecting to have to do that for an entire week!

Always get excellent service, information, delivery. Don't shop anywhere else for products that you sell.

Have just moved from Colac where I have purchased from Betta in the past, and now to Portland where I thought I would continue to buy. They never let me down. Todd at Portland is a super sales guy with much knowledge on his stock. Delivery was good too, but had to wait a while for the TV as it was a popular item. Very impressed and will buy again for sure. And thanks to Todd for the discount. Overall 5 stars... thanks guys.Edit:I try to make another review but it keeps taking me to this old one... so here goes with my latest buy. I just purchase a new Fujitsu Air Conditioner and have not tried it yet since the installation wont be for another 2 weeks, but this is my second one so I know it works great. Just to add that I was so pleased to get a $300 cask back from Fujitsu and furthermore the sales etiquette and professional ethics were nothing short of perfect. Its a credit to Betta for the way they train their staff... or are they just naturally great people? Dont change a thing fellas. I my update this when I get it installed if I find anything negative about this item... but I doubt it very much.
