Mount Gambier parkrun
Everyone is so friendly here. Alot of motivating and supportive comments when running past. Steeper than I expected and more dog poo on the edge of the path than any other Parkrun I've been too! Great views of the lake at times.If you're traveling there is a clean public toilet nearby to get refreshed and changed to continue the day of exploring without being in your sweaty Parkrun attire or needing to head back to accommodation.

What a wonderful opportunity to join like minded health enthusiasts. A 5K run is just as long as a 5K walk. Walk, Run, Sprint... an amazing feeling of community with others from different walks of life and a wide spectrum of diverse cultures. Oh What A Feeling !
