Went there around lunch time on a week day. Two English lads were working there. I asked for 4-to-1 fade on the side and a pompadour on the top. The barber knows what he is doing obviously. He took his time to polish the details and ask a few questions to help achieve the look I wanted exactly. Best pompadour haircut in a while! Definitely good value for money.Cons: The place is small so it can only hold a handful of people in there. The radio is a bit loud.

I used to live local to the barbershop, I now live about a 35 min walk but I still go to this barber regularly. Great service, and best haircuts around. Barney is my regular barber and is a perfectionist, really knows what he is doing, However I have had some cuts from other barbers there and have been very happy. I even had a guy stop me on the street before to ask me where I got my haircut. I don't go anywhere else, best barber I know.

So slow and awkward, barbers don’t even attempt to talk to you during the cut. About 45 mins a haircut. Walked out couldn’t wait any longer.

Nice cut and the boys were reasonably friendly although not particularly conversational.The main reason I’m rating down is due to how unclean and unsanitary the store is. I’ve been to many many barbers in my life and this by far was the toughest in terms of cleanliness. There was hair caked onto every surface, the windows needed cleaning and the tool/workspaces were pretty gross to look at.I’d go back - but not when every other barber is a million times cleaner. Sorry guys, other than that it’s fine.

Have been coming here fortnightly for almost a year.The girl on shift told me she couldn’t take me today, due to the place closing at 3pm, to be fair there was 3 other customers sitting and waiting - so I understand.Not sure why only one barber would be on shift on one of the busiest days of the week. Place is completely understaffed.Extremely poor people management.I understand now, why so many people no longer decide to take the gamble with this place.

First time customer, unfortunately I will not return. Good fade overall but the way the barber cut the top of my hair (very carelessly) has left me with uneven lengths of hair across my head (my fringe especially is very uneven). Total cost was $40.... $10 more than my regular barber. (will cost more overall to have corrected by him). Sigh! Disappointing :(

I’ve been going fortnightly for almost 2 years.I had my hair cut today. I returned 20 mins after the cut and asked if I could have the sides shaved a little shorter (zero instead of number 1). I was told that that would be fine but I’d be charged a full price hair cut for the touch up.A bit rough. My hair cut is always quick. No more than 10 mins. Hipsters with long hair can take 30 mins for a cut - but pay the same price.I wasn’t pleased with the treatment. I won’t be back.There is no love at this place. Clearly the owner doesn’t work in the business.
