Last week a mate and I did a 2000km ride in outback NSW. My KTM790's Quick Shifter was not operating.Leaving Hillston late afternoon on my way home I decided to contact the KTM dealer in Griffith, hoping they could re program my bike and switch Q shifter back on. ( it was disabled after a new TFT dash was fitted by another dealer prior to my trip!) I was hoping they could fit me in sometime the next day. My closest dealer to home is a 5 hour round trip!I explained the situation to Viki over the phone, she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful . She said to bring it in as soon as I arrived in town.What great service I received from the crew at J & P!I arrived close to knock off time! Pulled up at workshop entrance and was ushered straight in! Mechanic dropped tools on another job to do my bike! And to top it off, I was offered a coffee and somewhere to relax.These people are obviously passionate about bikes and customer service!Thanks Viki, John and your mechanics.

Recently had the first service completed on one of our bikes. Check in was pleasant and no issue. We were also given some recommendations in regard how to fill in our time including some great places to eat. Great touch for visitors to Griffith. The bike was serviced and returned to us with a very clean and polished fuel tank with a small explanation that they had noticed that it hard a couple of small scratches. Above and beyond. Everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend. We have previous experience with sales, this bike was purchased from another dealer with their assistance. Still the same great service. Steve

I usually only use Google reviews to leave negative comments, but John's professionalism and attention to detail was noteworthy. He takes the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of your bike & maintenance to you. You will not find another mechanic like him.All staff are very friendly and it's hard to find good honest businesses like this one in today's world. Thanks to John, Luke and the team. I will be sticking with you guys for my bikes servicing & repairs.

Bought a used CRF250L from their which was used as an AG bike bit rough but good for a daily, the staff were good and could work to my deadlines to get it road ready, i did buy it as a learner but i have been riding before that for a long time.

Be prepared to stand around scratching your head for a while as staff are only interested in serving you if they are getting a sale. Over all its a nice enough store and they have an OK selection of products. My only criticism really is the lack of customer service that was provided.
