Thanks to Wayne,Bec and the Mechanic from this business could not of gotten better service. Recently had a bit of car troubles returning home from holidays rang NRMA and Wayne was there promptly, organised the tow truck and told me the car would be back on the road the next day, sure enough we were back on the road and home that evening. Very helpful could not do enough for me. Shout out to Sam the tow truck operator who collected the car and made sure we found a Motel. Excellent service, highly recommend, reasonably priced as well.

After our stay in Mildura from Brisbane visiting my very I’ll father, we struck one of the 15,000 pot holes and blew our front left and rear left tyre which is a run flat. (The worst invention and shouldn’t be allowed in Aus) we were stuck 26km from Forbes and after calling Wayne Jones Towing (the only ones available) we’re unfortunately crippled with their very own tow truck being bogged while picking up a stolen car in the bush & two other trucks trying to get it out. Nothing great there, however, it was the constant communication from the lovely Rebecca who was calling every other tow truck to see if they would pick us up, eventually Rebecca found someone and after 6hrs on the side of the road, we were on our way to Dubbo in the tow truck. I hope I never have to use them again for the obvious reason, however, if you’re looking for a good towing company who actually care about your situation, you MUST use these guys. Thank you again Rebecca, you’re amazing and also a big thank you to Phil, the driver who came out of his way to get us.
