As soon as we bought our property (in Canberra), we identified Kinzel Industries as the only supplier who would provide a product and a service of the standard of performance we were after. We have never regretted the choice and were and are extremely impressed by the very high quality of the windows (both glass and frames) and the professional, timely expertise provided by Adam and his team. That we are based in Canberra made the whole logistics difficult to manage (for Kinzel) yet they impeccably delivered and installed all windows in one day, and they have consistently performed to the highest standard since.

Having lived with UPVC doors and windows for 15 years in Switzerland, experiencing the insulating and noise reduction qualities of double glazing, the maintenance free longevity and ease of cleaning of the UPVC frames, our decision to install them in our house in Sydney was never in question.Our order was placed with Adam at Kinzel Industries after speaking with four other UPVC window manufacturers in Sydney. Adam is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He is highly experienced in this industry and produces the windows in his premises in Gladesville using German technology and components, the UPVC used by Kinzel is lead free (an important point as many profiles sold here contain lead, this makes them not only non-recyclable but causes the white to yellow).The accompanying advice and assistance we received from Adam and his team was invaluable. The windows and doors were manufactured and delivered to our home on time and according to our order. We would highly recommend having Kinzel install the windows as most builders in Australia are not used to this type of window. Adam was on hand to assist our builders (and repair damage they caused!). We are extremely happy with the finished look and quality of our Kinzel Industry windows - all 28 or them, including two motorised, a set of french doors and window coverings designed specifically for the tilt and turn windows.We are more than happy to offer our honest recommendation for Kinzel Industries, their service and their product. Adam and the team at Kinzel are outstanding to deal with from start to finish. Kinzel Industries completed a difficult and drawn out installation at Manly on Oct 12, 2017. From the time we meet Adam for an onsite quote to the final completion he and his team were always professional, patient with the various client parties, helpful with suggestions to ensure the best result possible and finished our job to our complete satisfaction. The high quality uPVC windows made to measure in Australia by Windows Factory are sealed to meet the harsh weather conditions of a south facing ocean wall and the high specifications given under warranty. In addition both internally and externally the windows have amazing aesthetics despite the issues faced in a 100 year old building.
