I have recently completed a successful property purchase in Brisbane with Lever Law handling the conveyancing. Clare Eichmann was my solicitor and Michelle Vare was my conveyancer. New to the purchasing process, I had been in touch with local Brisbane conveyancing groups. However, I was left unimpressed with their services, attitudes and general lack of knowledge. My mother on the Sunshine Coast recommended Clare at Lever Law.From the first email with Clare I felt completely at ease. Clare's email correspondence was incredibly thorough, detailed and prompt. Be careful to check all outgoings upon settlement with this firm. Our RE agent overcharged our contracted commission rate and apparently its not Lever Law’s job to check or have amended incorrect invoices only to pay invoices received!Cheap enough in fees for a settlement but i guess you pay for what you get, not much!
