Star carwash

Went there after car being fully detailed a week before wanting an outside clean and vacuum.Was told it was too dirty for a normal clean. Well you must have done a bad job the week before then!!!I can’t help but wonder if I was a male if I would have been treated the same way.Don’t bother if you want honesty and integrity.

Paid 249$ for a full detail and that’s not what I got at all.Plenty of dirt and grime all over the car still. Only thing they did a good job of was the inside clean.I wouldn’t recommend them and won’t be going back.

The owner takes no responsibility for his staff, dismantling things in inside my car.they pulled the cigar lighter out of his socket. But hey why would they do this. After clearly getting no where with him, I just decide that I will leave him a review to his come back was, I will leave one on your business page. For what I haven't service his dogs in any way.I won't be back

Guys did an amazing job in removing tree sap from my car. Very friendly and very helpful. More than happy to get my car detailed here from now on.

We have left it a few days before posting this review since using this service because we were so disgusted with the service. This was not our first visit and had a $20 voucher. We required the exterior cleaned and paid an extra amount to have the wheels detailed on suggestion of the young lady booking the car in.When we came back to collect the car the first thing we saw when opening the boot was to see the cover was pushed halfway back and out of its track on one side. When we asked why anyone had gone into the boot we were told all doors are opened to allow them to dry the door sills. (There was no need for them to touch the cover) Ours still had water on them.After arriving home we realised the bird dropping on the rear quarter light glass (one of the main reasons for getting it cleaned) was still partly there and very visble. As per the photo.The wheels definitely had not had any intense cleaning done. The dust and dirt was visably untouched.Will we be going back ? Never. There are plenty of other car washes.

Full detail and cut & polish. The results were amazing, looked as good as when we drove it out the dealership, 5 years ago.

For the money I paid and the state my car was in when I took it here, the results were quite good. Obviously it could have been a little bit better with a total detail, but that is about $300 plus.... I think I got good value. Thanks guys.

Terrible job!!!I come back to my brand new 2023 vehicle with the interior not cleaned properly, the external paint work had water blotch marks everywhere and was told it comes up like that and will need a polish but my car had just been ceramic coated professionally 2 weeks ago??The interior excuse was there's alot of sand, but you could see the mats weren't removed and vacuumed properly, the internal car plastics still dirty and not cleaned, no efforts made, and after all this still wanted 2 charge me 100 dollars for an incomplete job, absolute poor service and would not recommend anyone to this buisness!!!

Had their platinum car wash service which includes both exterior and interior. Very unfortunately car didn’t have the basic wash and clean outside. Inside we found dusts and hairs let alone other dirts. Windows had all first from pre wash condition.Took it up with manager Goldie but denied their worst job and explaining with no logic.Worst service I ever had to be honest.Not recommending at all if customers doesn’t want to waste time and money.

I didn’t expect or want you clean it for free.What I expect that day is my car is clean like what I paid. I waited you more than 3 hours. It my bad I didn’t tell you straight away my car still look dirty inside!! I can’t waste my time whole day keep check and tell you have to clean it again and again..But it your service I paid for that, not ask for free or push u do quick…if u do ur best it will not have this problem.
