I have been coming to this branch in Woodlands since the opening day. It’s the only Bakers Delight that makes the best bread. This is the part where I will now criticise. Please have your bread cutting machine fixed, we are sick and tired of having the bread cut in different thicknesses. Some are paper thin and others are cut like door stops within the same loaf, for heavens sake repair it. I come to a baker not a butcher!In addition to the above get rid of the paper/wire ties that you are now using to close the end of the loaf/plastic bag. After a couple of days the paper falls off and you are left holding a piece of wire.

The variety of sour dough is great but more importantly for me the staff are just so friendly and upbeat. Who could think that buying a loaf of bread at the end of a long day could be the positive lift you are looking for.

I have had a fairly good review of Bakers Delight Woodlands until I witnessed an encounter between the manger and staff on duty, the manager on duty was very rude and said words to their staff in which I would not feel comfortable to even recount in a public review. She used terrible language in which she directed towards a staff member who was 4 minutes late for a shift. She used some very derogatory terms that are completely unacceptable and unprofessional as a manager and an owner of the franchise. I love their store and their product but I have little respect for the employment conditions.

Strongly concur with Phil's review. I usually buy a few loaves of the lofo bread for my partner, so not actually bread for myself, but the young people here are very friendly and offer fantastic customer service. It's so refreshing to be served by people who genuinely seem to enjoy their job :)

Allow me to set the scene,I just had the worst day of gruelling tests and coffee breathed cows disguised as teachers who think it's disrespectful" to vape in class and that I need to "reconsider my choices in life".On the way home from school I knew that all I needed was a white choc finger bun to sooth my pain and angst. These guys have the best ham and cheese Danish in town imo.Get them to heat it up for you in the microwave for a little bit and enjoy the taste experience of a lifetime.
