The worst experience i have had!!!!Rude receptionist ....i had made a booking for my daughter poir and wanted to change it.I had given them my credit card details with my name, they asked me for a contract number which i gave my husband's because i don't have access to my phone at all times.She said when i rang up to change the appointment that i had no authority to do sobecause i wasn't the contact number.I wasn't told this when i gave his number that i had no authority to change bookings.Will not be going there very bad experience before even seeing a psychological.They need to have communication which should of told me that giving my husband's number as a contact i hasd no authority to do anything. No communication skills!

I was referred to NVP by my GP within the same clinicI saw I think 4 different practitioners. All of them were terribleI am now, several years later, finally receiving treatment for the PTSD which seeing Beenish here in 2016 caused. After years of avoiding psychologists at all costs as a Trauma Response
