Just another house of corruption and happy to be that way! Don't ever expect DV in this area to get any better with police that don't follow there training. no evidence just charge the man you all make me sick!

Extremely gender biased and do not look at any of the evidence and told a man who was falsely accused of DV I don't believe you" when he tried to say he didn't do anything and that he was the victim and even after sending in evidence proving he was innocent and he was indeed the victim still got an AVO placed against him because they don't care about the evidence nor look at it they just see a man and go your guilty."

They were real gentle with the handcuffs, and their patrol vehicles are very roomy. Overall, very professional. Will get arrested by them again, for sure.

I have organised and participated in 2 environment protests in Dubbo city during 2018-2020. Inspector Skelly was gracious and helpful in the River Rally, 2018, assisting me to hold a march down a main street and providing backup police cars and safety service on the Saturday morning. On Friday 15th May, 2020, I organised a Climate Change action with car banners along our Cobra St. highway beside Elston Park which was just opened. It was the first day of lifted pandemic restrictions and we were reported to police. Sergeant Michael Smith attended in 2 police cars and 3 partners. He chatted to us and assured us that everything was ok and legal. He also said he would canvas the street during the morning and gave us his card to contact him if there were problems. During the pandemic, police across Australia have often applied restriction rules in a seemingly rigid, arrogant and uncaring way, so we are very pleased to have sensible police in our community who prioritise respectful citizen relationships highly.
