Lucy and Jet got their first groom with pooch empire and I am extremely happy! Very professional, kind and caring! Shalini was extremely lovely and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything to me and answering my questions! One of my dogs was very matted and Shalini was extremely kind in helping me with tips for future and did not judge me for the state of my pup! She groomed her perfectly even with the matter hair; removed all knots and clipped her very well! I will certainly be bringing my little pups back!

Shalini was amazing. My dog didn’t have the best experiences with a prior groomer, however Shalini was so calm, patient and reassuring with my spoodle.I can not recommend this company highly enough. I handed over and partially matted spoo and I got back was beautifully groomed puppy, she was so happy she had the zoomies for 15 minutes.Without a second thought I am committed to 6-8 week returning customer.

I would highly recommend Shalini. Today was our first time using Pooch Empire. Shalini is very friendly and loves dogs. Her set up is very professional, clean and organised. The grooming area is enclosed and so the dogs are not open to the elements during their groom which I liked. This prevents your dog getting distracted or anxious from cars and lawn mowers around the neighbour also. You will need to assist with the provision of power so if you have a long drive way an extension cord would be of great use. The grooming mobile uses gas to heat a 100 litre tank so your dog will be washed in the perfect temperature of water. Shalini spent time with me to be clear of exactly what my expectations were of the groom and communicated with me when that needed to change due to the state of matting in my dogs fur. She is a beautiful soul and I felt very comfortable with her immediately. I would recommend Shalini to anyone needing to have their dogs washed and groomed. Thank you for today Shalini :-)

AWESOME!!I would highly recommend Shalini’s services! She managed to squeeze my 3 year old German Shephard into her busy schedule within a week.I would usually bath her myself, But she was definitely due for a deshedding.My girl not being the biggest fan of a bath was very content and comfortable with Shalini and came out smelling and looking amazing!Shalini was amazing, catering to her needs and spoiled her with treats after her treatment.Will definitely be requesting her services again when the time comes.
