Sunlover Solar Pool Heating Sydney

I had Sunlover install a strip solar system in late 2017 & it has made our swimming far more enjoyable. We are using the pool more than ever. I am very happy with the quality of the install, especially as my whole filter system required re-plumbing to fit the extra pump into my existing filter system box. In a different world, I might have begged Troy from Sunlover Heating to marry me. Not because he's ruggedly handsome - although there is that - but because he's just made my life so much better. I spoke to many, many people about pool heating and most of them came across as either rapaciously keen to rob me or just too lazy to take my money. Explaining my options or how things work was not on their job description, apparently. Troy, on the other hand, was fantastic. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help, Troy is a joy. The installation also went well, but the best part is that Sunlover Heating has transformed my pool from a cold, uninviting thing that my kids wouldn't go near to a warm, wonderful playground of magic and laughter. Sunlover have just completed an install of an Oasis X24 heat pump. What an amazing Company to deal with. Their Customer Service is second to none and their pool heating knowledge is exceptional. We dealt with Stuart, who recommended we should go a size up from an X19 to an X24. So glad we did. On commissioning day, pool temp was 20C (15 Oct 2021. )Within a day and a half (set to run 8 hrs a day @ temp setting 27) I was in the pool at 26C. The unit has run only a few hours a day since turned on and the past two days it hasn't had to come at all to keep set temp of 27. The secret is the top quality solar blanket supplied by Sunlover that goes on ever night. Some cool nights here in Sydney Hills District at this time and pool temp is easily maintained. Sunlover also recommend Urban Electrical Design (Sydney) to do the electricals, they are also top notch. I highly recommend both Sunlover and their Sparky.

Sunlover installed our pool. Solar heating some years ago and when we became enthused with Solar electric technology we chose Sunlover to move and upgrade the technology which they originally installed.We dealt with the same salesman Troy who was very helpful.In the process we realised that our roof required replacement (wear and tear in 50 years) and Sunlover was both prepared to take it off and reinstall (this was finished on Saturday last) and was done very neatly ,effectively and carefully by Gary and Anton.Rosemary and I are very pleased and impressed with Sunlover‘s approach and attitude as well as pleasant nature of the technicians and office staff in a situation where we could have been viewed as a nuisance!Our dealing with the company has been exactly the same, pleasant and helpful over the last nearly nineteen years

When we started the journey researching pool heaters, we had no idea where to start. Every company we called gave us different information and we were so confused… then we came across Troy from Sun Lover Heating. He is very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to deal with. He answered every question we had and it didn’t matter what time we called, he always answered or called us back. The installer/technician was also great and went above and beyond for us. He knew exactly what he was talking about and just reiterated that we had made right decision by choosing Sun Lover heating to install our pool heater.I recommended Troy to other family members that also purchased and heater and will continue to do so moving forward.Excellent customer service .. 5 stars all round!!

We are a family of three booked a school holiday date in Apr. They are quite fully booked and we have over 300 people on the trip. But they do very organized everything. You won't feel a bit that so many people in this trip.Staffs very nice and friendly, i mean not only one staff but also everyone. Check in easy, equipments plenty to supply not in a rush. Lunch is good too.I checked the tide and weather choose a nice and low tide day to travel. It is a must there is no one feel dizy on the boat and coral is clear & close to see. Wonderful day and enjoy, trust Sunlover.

If you haven't got Troy/Sunlover Heating by your side, you haven't got the correct pool heating. Enough said....Troy is excellent in what he does and suggests the best possible pool heating options to you based on your needs and it apparently works out under your budget. He will go all out to explain the mechanism around it and is always by your side whenever you need him. No wonder they have been in this business for 30yrs now and have the best expertise in this area.Troy not only helped in finding the best electric X19 heater for our pool, but also suggested the best place for it to be and the surrounding landscape.They were also kind to cancel the installation a couple of times as I kept adding more and more stuff from them.Nathan did an exceptional job too in installing the heater at its suggested place by removing the huge block around it. This unit is now running smooth and fine and we can finally enjoy our pool. Glad we found him. Thanks Troy and team for this... I highly recommend Troy and his team at Sunlover heating for all your pool heating needs. I have a small backyard, pool area and very limited space to install the pool pump. I had 2 other companies come out and inspect where to put the pump and all they could recommend was running pipes all over our backyard which would not have worked. Troy came out and recommend a metal frame to go over our existing pool pump - he even helped measure what was required and provided a sketch design which I took to have the frame built. Installation was today and once again it was not a straight forward job however Troy and his team got the job done with no fuss. We now have our pool pump installed and it has already heated our pool to the desired temperature. Don’t look anywhere else. We strongly recommend Troy and the Sunlover team.

Do yourself a favour and book this company!We are so pleased we went with Sunlover’s to have our pool heated. Their expertise in this area is unparalleled and trust me, I did my research! We were lucky enough to have the lovely Stuart London come and quote to hear an old but refurbished pool in our new house. We hadn’t considered heating the pool prior but after surgery, water rehab was needed and we looked at our options.We already had solar panels and was generating excess electricity so Stuart recommended we went with an electric pump rather than solar pipes on the roof. He was right and it has made a huge difference.Even though I think pool blankets are ugly, Stuart was right and the heat is kept stable and assists with limiting loss of heat so we are happy we listened to his knowledge.Turns out Sunlovers is a well known brand that has been around for over 30 years and the NSW state manager is also the son of the owner, so it’s great to know that a family owned and run business has all that experience being passed on - unlike so many local franchises that really don’t know their stuff.We have now had our heating for 18 months and the after sales support and installation and product has been terrific!
