Melbourne Bath Repairs

Technician was punctual, repair came out better than i could of hoped. The lady i spoke to over the phone was also very understanding of my situation as i recently became a mother and easy to talk to.

I enquired about a very small hole I need repairing in my acrylic bath, I thought it would cost about $200 but the quote price(when they finally got back to me) was $320!! Oh and it also says if the hole was not cleaned to their standards that they would charge $100 extra for cleaning it!!!

Highly recommend this company. Friendly customer service, prompt with their responses and quote. Had them to repair a hairline crack basin at one the rental properties and it looks as if a new basin was installed!

Worst company to deal with.I filled out there online quote which then took them 2days to get back to me, they then wanted a picture of the damage it then took another day and a half to reply to that I then never heard back after that.I wouldn't waste your time dealing with this slow unreliable company.

Highly recommend this business. They came and fixed our brand new bath which got pretty badly damaged. You would never know it was damaged after the guys fixed it. Lovely to deal with, on time and very professional.

I had an issue getting some defects repaired via our builder - MBR came to fix them and the work was not completed. When I reached out to them direct (as the builder was apparently not getting traction), I was abused by their staff on the phone - the lady was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. She kept talking over me and interrupting. I appreciate she has an issue with our builders and seemed to want to take that out on me - makes me wonder if the issue was with the builder or with MBR. Recommend going to someone who knows how to speak to customers.UPDATE: In response to the reply left below, my dispute with MBR is specific to how I was treated on the call and your employee's lack of professionalism. I have also since received an email from MBR instructing their lawyers to begin defamation proceedings against me because I would not remove this review.

I had Ramsay from MBR come to my property today in coordination with Henley to do a few minor scratch repairs and paint touch ups. He sent me a heads up 30 minutes before arriving, was friendly, observed covid-safe protocols, and very knowledgeable. On top of the impeccable work, he has also given advice on maintenance of my stone benchtop and the timber façade. If I needed any repairs in the future, I will definitely ring them!

I found MBR fantastic and they did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again

Great work.. i had my benchtop repaired and no one could see where it was repaired. The Tec called me before when he was on his way. Great communication.. nice clean work. I would highly recommend.
