This is the second time in the last couple of years that we have had to claim on our sickness and accident policy. I know how we all hate paying out for these policies but I have to say, that both claims were done in good time, easy to deal with on the phone. We were backpaid then covered very well for the time my husband has to be off.I know there's lots of paperwork but it was dealt with quickly and premiums paused during the time he was off work .
