Staff are super helpful. They don't treat you like idiots if you don't know the jargon and they talk you through your requirements.They made phone calls to ensure our tow bar fitted the bike rack and even showed us how to fit it, even though we did not purchase the rack from them.Outstanding customer service and highly recommend!!!

So I bought my trailer brand new in 2015, the light never worked, used a light board till now.Took my trailer back to finally get lights fixed, I believe I was over charged $350 for a new re wire on a small box trailer.When I took it, they said at least three weeks because they were busy.Guy rang next day to say it was ready!I asked him to check because that was not in the time frame said. He said he would call me back, two weeks later he called back asking for me to pick it up!Ok !If not I would be charged $100 a day storage.I turned up nothing said, took three MEN to go out tip a lot of water out of the trailer, my light plate submerged, which I hope still works, so I can use it elsewhere. Left it walked away!NothingI said thank you to the man that gave me the receipt.Very poor serviceFor the lights to have never worked, which I did mention, bad workmanshipI believe in a business of trailers they would at the very least hook it onto my car for me, although i am more capable.No thanks never again

Carasel Towbars found , supplied and fitted a tow bar to my Fiat Ducato campervan. It was an extremely professional job , that wasn't as straight forward as first thought .... I was very impressed with their customer service and based on my experience have no hesitation recommending them ...well done.Thanks to Sebastien and the team at Carasel ....

Had a few hiccups with the wrong parts being brought in (not carasels fault) and it took us a while to get there but I had immeasurable help from Ben and Sebastian and they stayed late two weekends in a row to make sure my car was back on the road.These two boys are an absolute testament to proper customer service and because of them I'll never go anywhere else for towbars.Thanks lads.

They weren't the cheapest but they were the only people I spoke to who assured me I can retain the kick sensor for my electronic tailgate. I was willing to pay the extra.After install the sensor wasn't working well and they happily and quickly adjusted it and were all apologies.Great service.

Always helpful and professional, prices are more than reasonable infact I wonder how they stay in business sometimes.Definitely worth a stop if you need boat or box trailers or parts for them. Thanks Gents!

I have a Caravan that I required a genset box support bar, designed and fitted (about a month ago now) and also capacity to carry 2 additional containers on the opposite side, be it for water/fuel.As soon as the design was completed and before I new it, it was all taking shape.My van looks better feels balanced with no compromise to overall performance and I even asked them to place there badge on the bar that's how impressed I am with there overall teamwork and service.Excellent all round there Carasel Team cheers for a extremely professional job, really I could not speak high enough of the overall experience.Cheers Vic

Not recommended at all, shop around and you WILL find cheaper online from other retailers that are not the supplier!!Their customer service was at the least decent until we recieved a phone call 5 days after we purchased (a $560+ towbar) to accuse me of shoplifting an $8 air freshener!?!?!.....Absolutely appalled particularly after spending in excess of $550 on the towbar and then fitting it ourselves due to an emergency and time constraints. Even let the salesperson know that we unfortunately had to purchase another tow hitch the next day at an exorbitant price from elsewhere as we accidentally left ours in Sydney (which we understand was our fault and was again due to an emergency and time constraints).The $8 air fresheners was picked and placed on their counter in front of 2 salespeople for atleast 15mins while we were waiting in the showroom and was not picked back up until after we had paid and were leaving (but again had to wait another 5 or 10mins at the workshop doors while they painted it and supplied it to us wet, which marked our carpet in our boot)..... the business had ample time to accuse me in person of stealing an $8 item and yet they waited and apparently reviewed camera footage (which would show me placing it on the counter in front of their register) and then they tracked me down and called me for the $8. Who in their right minds would steal an $8 air freshener when spending that much with the company??? Petty behaviour to chase a customer for such a low cost item that I WAS NOT stealing. Considering it was left on their counter in front of their register I honestly assumed they had charged me for it. This is no way to get follow-up patronage or good feedback. I will NEVER use this brand or company ever again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone, if anything I will be sure to let anyone and everyone I can know how petty they are. Very disappointed in Carasel and the owner, and also highly embarrassed they even accused me of such a petty crime! Perhaps the staff members that both declined to ask for payment prior to our departure should pay more attention to customers, and reconsider accusing your paying customers of theft. Just shocked that they were so offensive and odious.

Great service, professional and friendly team of people. We travelled 4 hours so we could get Carasel to install a towbar for our EV.
