Absolutely love shopping here. Great range of all items & sizes. Very friendly happy abliging & knowlegable staff regarding store products. Online pick # collect is always a breeze but I do still Luv to browse in-store while I'm there for this. There's something for everyone here & I especially Luv the shoes. Pricing is very reasonable so no breaking the bank except if you can't help yourself by buying too much but then there's always the after pay option so be sure to ask the staff about this option. Highly recommended this store.My only one negative thing I can say is because I am disabled & I use a mobility scooter to shop the space is Extreamly limited. I couldn't even enter the store last Wednesday unfortunately due to the set up out the front at the entry & offset behind with how the racks were placed. No room to enter at all.

Amazing service at Cotton On Kids.. so fun every time we go in there- even if we don’t buy.. Can see it’s a fun workplace- they all deserve a bonus come Christmas time!! #wealwaysendupbuyingsomething!!!

We bought a bunch of stuff and it was all the wrong size, (which was our fault) the lady I believe was the manager was very helpful, we ended up getting refunds without a problem, then bought new stuff , made sure to try them on that time around

I was in this store today looking for some ladies pants. I had an assistant help me look but we couldn't find any.Unfortunately I didnt get her name but I think Tanya or a similar name . She was so helpful and found me some at another store which I was so grateful for. She was so lovely and friendly and made my day.I hope you can pass this on to her.

Wished all Cotton On stores were like this - most brands under one shop front. One less star for the attitude of the lady serving me when I asked if she had any tissue paper or similar to wrap up the earrings I purchased.

Still 5 stars. But a bit shorter on staff on the Thursday night. (only 2) but that could have been because they are quite busy during that time of night

The best thing about Cotton On is that they carry size 36 shoes how rare is that? So cool that they do that. Must have bought a couple of dozen dresses for work last Summer sale. Love cotton on.

I loaded all my purchases up on the counter and the sales assistant says over here to the middle" so I gather it all up plus the 2 other bags I was carrying move a metre down the counter to the register that is operating. I looked at her and wanted to say 'thanks for your help moving all my clothing items' but you weren't helpful. Dreadful customer service."

Absolutely loved my experience Rachel was extremely sweet and it was very nice talking to her best customer service ever! And my son looks super cute in his clothes
