We had a great weekend away at Owner’s place.

This place is not worth any more than $300 a night. Had to pay extra for the pool which upon arrival was extremely dirty with dead bugs floating around and cloudy water. A lot of maintenance required: broken toilet seats, broken hangers, lights not working in some rooms, broken TV (only one TV in the house unlike pictures which show 2 TVs), downstairs sink broken with no water running. Feels like the place hasn’t been cleaned in months with dust and stains everywhere including walls and ceiling. Showers are mouldy and an unpleasant smell is found in every room. We have also found someone’s underwear on the floor in the bathroom which confirms the place has not been cleaned. Kitchen stove and fridge covered in stains and grease. 3 of the beds were extremely uncomfortable with no mattresses and a blankets laid instead. A/C not working in two of the rooms and we had to drive back home to bring fans. Area outside downstairs with tables where we were supposed to have a bbq is unusable with extremely rusty and dirty chairs+ tables. Booked this place for my mum’s birthday and have left disappointed and upset. Not worth the money and definitely better properties out there for a better price.

This place was fantastic!

We have stayed here for the weekend and love the relaxing atmosphere here. The accommodation is super clean and furnitures are very new. Owner has a lot of animals at the back yard. It's so fun and soothing to play with rabbits and alpacas.

Disappointed. Recently stayed with our friends. Very dirty, unclean place. When I see 5 star reviews, I am in shock. How people cannot see spiderweb everywhere, moldy pool with size like a sink and we need to pay extra $100 per night for it. Rusty furniture outdoor, construction side over the fence. Main bedroom window close to main street with a big noise. Faulty screen TV. Also no security. You cannot be locked because some doors downstairs without locks. Pets friendly" BUT not inside. Outdoor dog area is very dirty with dog hair everywhere. Could not leave my puppy outside nightly. Shocking place!!! Do not recommend anybody to stay and waste a money. Disgusting. Unfortunately no option - no star!!!"

house is good no dramas

Great place to come with family. It’s like a big petting zoo, with alpaca, chicken, ducks, rabbits etc. They also do Airbnb during non-covid period.

Entirely the house and space was great.

Great place to stay but still close to all the amenities that Ringwood and Warrandyte have to offer. Kids loved the mini animal farm, probably the only one in the inner east! Thanks Jean and Raymond.
