I recently purchased a white gold & opal ring for my wife as a christmas present from Port Stephens Jewellery. Within days the opal fell out of the ring, we were lucky enough the find it on the floor. On returning the store I was rudely told by the owner Mr Roger Carey that it was my wife fault and I needed to pay for repairs. I left and had another Jeweller repair this Item and was told that it was cheap junk" I subsequently sold the item on gumtree and purchased another from a reputable Jeweller. I would never recommend this store to anyone."
