Our family (four of us) had brunch at this place this morning. My wife had roast duck porridge. After leaving the place about 20 minutes, my wife started to have stomach ache, then whole day she has been having serious symptoms food poisoning - frequent vomiting, diarrhoea, sweating, shivering.... It made her so weak she couldn't even walk, laying in bed whole day. She's normally healthy and fit. She couldn't recall last time she had symptoms like these.

Simple things done superbly. Robust flavourful coffee. Perfect temperature. Both cabinet and kitchen food delicious without fussiness. Service exemplary. Recommend 10/10

Just called in to get takeaway coffees (flat white and soy latte). Nice coffee and I always love a Cafe with lots of greenery, always makes place more inviting. Some parking out front or else side street. 12.4.23 finally called in to have something to eat and they have a very interesting menu, lots of Asian inspired dishes, not an avo smash in sight though you can order a side of half an avocado and smash your own! Husband had scrambled eggs on toast and I had a toasted cheese sandwich which wasn't on menu but hey what Cafe can't do a toasted cheese sandwich? Anyway they did, and it was just what I felt like. We also had coffees (decaf soy lattes and flat white). They have sweet little seating area inside and lots outside. We also noted the celebrity in our midst.

Really enjoyed our lunch here! We ordered the soba noodle soup and chimichuri eggs and both were super tasty. Great coffee too. Will definitely visit again.

I recently dined at Custodian Kitchen and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu had a great selection of dishes. The flavors were bold and the portions generous. I highly recommend Custodian Kitchen for a top-notch dining experience.

My mum had the duck congee and got violent food poisoning. I messaged the cafe and they were responsive and said they took it seriously but I thought it was pretty poor customer service as they kept providing excuses and only refunded us $50 of $100.

When we visited from the UK, we well and truly did a tour of all the best food places in the area (my husband is a huge foodie) and Custodial Kitchen sits right at the top! I cannot believe how nice the food was - even the kids mentioned how yummy - and the staff / service was amazing. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back to aus and return!

It's located at the corner of South and Chapel Roads. It's very near to the hospital round the corner and parking is pretty good with a row of shops just before Custodian Kitchen. 3 hrs parking is available just after Chapel Road.The beverages (coffee!!) were fantastic and the milk shake received very high accolades.We really like what we ordered for brunch, and the quality, taste was on par with how the dishes were presented - have a look at the photos!The food items were fresh, tasty, well balanced with nuances that will keep your taste buds beyond happy. Check with the super friendly staff with what's popular and new.With a fusion style menu which changes every few months, this place will keep the locals happy and interested.Comfortable seating and good light streaming through the windows, it's a nice place to have a cuppa and more. And chatting will come easy with easy listening music in the background.Highly recommended!
