Shared a seafood box with fish ( thick, moist and delicious), prawns, calamari and scallops. Delicious light crunchy batter. Best fish and chips so far in Tassie . Good you can add your own salt and dipping sauces .

Perfect for a quick lunch if you’re passing through St Helen’s, we actually made a trip back from Bay of Fires to eat here again. The chowder, skippers pack and fish burger was the best we have had on our Tasmania trip so far! There are 3 benches to eat on outside, but plenty of places to perch on if these are full.

Skippers has a well earned reputation for great fish & chips & they also serve a fabulous creamy seafood chowder with toasted ciabatta. We had trouble finishing all ours as all serves are very generous size. Blue Trevally & chips + a chowder $47.50 for the two of us

I am not a big fan of oysters, but these were the best I have ever had, fresh and creamy. Seafood was spot on, not greasy, but crispy and light. Thank you!

Amazing fish and chips! Also had some of the oysters there from Lease 65 oysters farm, yum! Fresh and plump delicious!

Well set up Take Away Fish and Chip Shop on the water. Well organised and just a 15 minute wait for order to be ready. Parking directly out front. Flake was absolutely delicious. We shared a small Fisherman's Basket, which had enough for the 2 of us. The only let down was the Potato cake (we call Potato Scallops) which were very small & not impressive.

We got the flake and chips and seafood chowder. Food comes out pretty fast. The chowder was delicious. There’s a condiments section. There’s limited seating. The views are stunning. The oysters had sold out already which was a shame.

We just had our best seafood basket in Tasmania. Previously, other takeaways have been good parts but never the entire meal (chips but over cooked fish).. today, every aspect was amazing. Light batter, perfectly cooked fish, tasty scallops, and perfectly crunchy chips. Combined with Lease 65 oysters, it was spot on. Thank you very much, ladies.
