Viv is a most caring and professional tattoo removal technician. I got severely burnt and had a horrible experience with an MJ Driver tech at another GC shop and Viv took it upon herself to help me treat it afterwards when I went in to ask her if what I was experiencing was normal.If you’re looking for someone to take care of your tattoo removal, then you absolutely must see Viv. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Viv makes this experience friendly and welcoming. I'm usually not focused on what the laser is doing, as Viv will keep me occupied with a chat, and before I know it - the session is done! She is informative, knowledgeable and so very patient! I am seeing huge results after just 2 sessions :)

Had my second treatment today. Viv explains everything and makes tattoo removal as comfortable as possible. Was advised to use ice packs to cool the site and help prevent blistering. Such a knowledgeable lady. Happy I walked into your shop. Thankyou

Viv is amazing! I had been told by many friends that laser tattoo removal is probably the most painful treatment you can have done. I saw Viv for my first ever session last week and she made it so easy! It was not nearly as painful as I had imagined because Viv is so gentle and distracts you while it’s happening. Her products are awesome too!

Today I had my first appointment for laser tattoo removal in two small areas of the hip and ribs. I chose the clinic based off the reviews and Viv certainly lives up to them.Viv is super friendly and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as well as making sure that I was well informed of the procedure and how it all works.I would rate the pain an 8/10 (due to the areas of the tattoos) but it was instant and over within a few seconds. My body reacted well to the laser treatment and I am keen to see and post the future results.Thanks again Viv, see you soon.
