Thank you Arthur.Due to my wife's health we purchased two motorized stand up sit down lounge chairs.Very good product.Arthur the manager / owner was very helpful explaining the operating mechanism.One chair has a manufacture fault, Arthur was contacted and within 24 hours he advised us we would have the chair replaced.Excellent service / knowledge of product and prompt attention either in the shop or at our home.Highly recommend Aids for Independent Living at either shop Caloundra and Buderim.Alex and Louise

Excellent selection of scooters plus all manner of accessories...Private family business encompassing pick up and delivery business for scooter's repairs and upgrade to new models..excellent after hours service...

On purchase of a mobility walker for an elderly relative, we were told that a full refund would be given if the item was not needed or unsuitable. No more than 2 weeks later, after the walker was not needed (and was unused and in original packaging) due to the death of elderly relative, we were told that a refund was not possible and that he could 'sell' the walker for us in his store (if he could sell it at all). Total back flip on original guarantee and totally unreasonable considering the situation presented. Terrible customer service and lack of compassion to a family already grieving a loved one. Cannot trust this business and would recommend that future customers purchase from other mobility suppliers that are available. Would like to give zero star review but unfortunately that is not possible.

Always helpful. Have hired a few times here for different reasons - mainly for when my mother is visiting. Found Aids to Independent Living to be more than adequate for any aids required. Staff have always been friendly, helpful and informative. Thankyou...
