Called to get help with financial assistance with utility bills as they run program with service nsw for vouchers. I had been moved into emergency housing due to homelessness and financial hardship, I contacted them as I had received my energy bill as I was moving out into a new place because they were demolishing the previous building. They refused to help me because I did not live at the same address not caring about my circumstances. Didnt offer any additional help or to contact someone for an exception due to my circumstances. Terrible service and clearly don't care about people that need help at all.
