Fancy Life cosmetics

Went to buy a Japanese nappy as I heard they are good and did not know any other store that might have them. Went to the counter to pay and they had speakers playing loud music right beside my ear so I couldn’t hear a word that the attendant was saying behind the counter. I told her I couldn’t hear her because of the loud music and pointed to the speakers. She did nothing and just kept saying whatever she was saying. Had to go to the other side of the counter to hear her. Then she got angry because I couldn’t hear her. Such a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It felt like she was doing me a great favor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE to anyone. Such a bad attitude from the attendant.

I bought something from this shop on Monday 9/1/23 , product was ok but the worst customer service ever , I’m not surprised when I read a google reviews and some people have the same experience.

Avoid this store!!! I wish Google has the 0 star option!!! Staff is very rude and has no manners at all!! She can’t even say hello when we walked in to her shop and will just stare at us at all time! She is such a queen in the wrong position of shop keeper, extremely rude, feel so sorry for the owner, if they continue have this person I believe they will be closing down very soon, I believe I’m not the only one who had the bad experience in this store, I encourage other people to speak up, and DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE! This rude staff worked on the Saturday (13/06/2020)

The products are exceptionally versatile and can meet many of my needs. The service attitude is also very good. Next time I will come back to visit

so good! They have a wide variety of K-beauty products that I would usually struggle to find online, but also at such an affordable price!!Staff are very helpful and kind too. highly recommend visiting if you are in the area

Staff quite rude and wont let you check the colours of the items even though they dont have any charts or display to tell you about the product. If you don't want me to check the colour instead of staring at me for five minutes then telling me not to open the product, tell me straightaway. Very rude. And no I did not intend to test the product as I know most asian boutiques do not agree with this I simply wanted to see the colour. I've been going to asian cosmetic stores for years and never felt this demeaning attitude. Why should I go back to a store when both staff were so rude. Your staff made me feel like a cheap person. Like I was below them. Please tell them to speak in a kind tone and to respect others. I really wanted to be happy with your business and I hate ranting but they were both so uncaring.

Very satisfied experience. Walked in for certain Japanese brand lotion and cream I used for the whole pregnancy, friendly staff shown me broader range of products suits me when i breastfeeding. Plus they even have most popular Japanese brand of baby nappies with right size suits my baby, and when i asked if they can deliver nappies to my door and they said yes! Definitely recommend this shop to my friend in mummy group!

Just received the most amazing customer service from this shop!!If you ever go into this store, ask for the girls here! They are so cute ! I have minimal knowledge for makeup and those girls really helped me so much The staff spent nearly an hour with me explaining the products and brands. Today I was looking for a face cream and she asked me if I needed help, I told her I was looking for a face cream, the girl Asked about my skin condition and recommended appropriate products. Then I told her that I didn't know much about makeup and wanted to buy some products, but I didn't know what to choose. That girl is very patient to help me! I’ll be back! Love！
