Johnny at PC COM is very knowledgeable, modest, hardworking, honest and extremely trustworthy. He genuinely cares about his customers! When our family computer wouldn't power on, Johnny tried everything to help find a solution that worked and even upgraded us to a better system, all at a very affordable price. In the past, Johnny also installed a new motherboard for my laptop and it works perfectly now. Johnny provides top-quality service every time and my family and I are so glad we have him to turn to when repairs are needed. Highly recommended!

The short, 10-minute walk from Clayton Shopping Centre was worth it because Johnny can work efficiently and fast. I found this place online with great reviews and after going to 5 computer repair stores to find a battery replacement for my Dell Inspiron laptop, this was the only place which had it. I saw Johnny a couple of times when looking for a new computer at different computer shops. He advised me and suggested alternatives in a very friendly way and was not pushing anything. When I could not find what I was looking for elsewhere, he offered to build me a computer. The computer is faster, more powerful and cost me quite a bit less than buying it elsewhere… and he did it all in one day. What a champ! He has the knowledge and the skills. I would not go anywhere else and will recommend him to anybody looking for a great deal... and the warranty is one year longer than the norm.
