Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful.Great sales but on pricing even when not.Lovely colourful styles and usually a nice fit. But generic, repetitive clothing styles.Great separates for mix and match.Seems to be catering for a older cilent.

A great store that has a large variety of dresses, shorts, tops and pants. It is combined with BeMe which offers larger sizes. Overall a good store that also sells accessories.

Wow went to nerang store - staff had doors closed at 12:52 - saying I’m on my own so taking a lunch break come back in an hour. I just drove 30 minutes to get there and wasn’t waiting an hour?? Bad customer service she was so rude - go elsewhere

Great sale today and this week. I managed to buy shorts, three quarter pants and tops.Excellant prices tops $5 while I was in store they were reduced to $3.00 pants and shorts were $10.00 great bargains ladies get in there quick.

Website says closes at 4.30 I walked in at 4 and lady said closing in 5 minutes

My local store - nerang. Generally friendly, until I want either a store credit or refund.. I've been trying since December 20 to exchange an item for something different but 2 reasons that hasn't happened.1: This store has all the clothes no other store can sell. It's a messy store, full of unmatched colours on clothes in a size 8 - 10 or size 20+.2: even if I did find something I like in my size, God forbid I need to exchange it and paperwork needs to be done. And more often than not I walk past the store because of how uninviting it is. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing the ladies just being there.So a definate store overhaul and revamp is what I believe it needs.

Absolute worst customer service. 2 employees just having a good ol chat behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Another 3 individual customer came in still no acknowledgement to everyone. I even let myself in the change room to try stuff on. Was in the shop for about 30 minutes. Will never shop here again.1 star is extremely generous- would give 0 if that that was possible
