These guys were really great. Vic came up with the unique design for my guitar effects board. I needed some unusual specs, to make sure the pedals don;t get damaged in transit, but also, to make sure that no knobs will be touched and change my carefully chosen settings. Alan oversaw the whole process and nursed the project through the COVID-19 shutdown. They kept me well informed of the progress and were very helpful with alterations I asked for at a late stage in the project. The road case turned out beautifully, to spec and it was at a great price too!

Fantastic business. I worked with Tom and Alan on a single case. They gave me their time and attention for this single case to get the detail right in the same way that they would for a someone who would need 100 units of the same case. They met with me when i asked to developed the design, sent CAD images of what the case would look like and then made modifications. Really happy with the result and competitively priced for this excellent product.

Purchased custom road case labels from them. Took a professional PDF and had them made. We did have some issues getting them delivered in a good time, due to factors outside their hands, but were honest and prompt in their answers. When delivered there were quality issues with the thickness of the white sections, which were showing the case pattern below. Chi and Alan did everything in their power to correct this, hopefully the changes made are applied to all future customers. Highly recommend this local business.

So pleased to have made the effort to go and pickup my road case hardware from Armor Cases, Auburn, NSW in person. A brilliant SME family business run by Alan Song and his wife. I can’t speak highly enough about the friendly customer service I received and their products are high quality at very reasonable prices. What more can you ask for? Very good experience dealing with Armor. They are obviously very experienced with how road cases are used and what we expect. they sent me a 3D CAD visual with measurements and notes so that it is very easy to visualize the final outcome of my case.

Staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with in every way shape and form. Alan, if you're reading this...thank you. I'm by no means experienced when it comes to the design of flight cases (as I have zero idea how to design something in CAD), but the guys at Armor Road Cases made the entire process a breeze from beginning to end.
