I just wanted to pass on my extreme gratitude to one of your service technicians at the Frankston store, Aaron.Aaron took my call the other day in relation to an issue I was having with my PC overheating. He took the time to conduct a cursory diagnosis over the telephone, at which time he asked me to attend the store so he could ascertain further, the problems I was having.As it turned out, my PC watercooler ceased to function (Which may have been partly as a result of the PC fans being installed incorrectly upon purchase – this has since been rectified by Aaron).When I presented at the store later that day, Aaron took the time to quickly diagnose my machine, in company with a fellow colleague, whose name I don't know.Aaron ultimately suggested I replace my watercooler with an air cooled fan system, to which I agreed, albeit I was required to pay the difference, which I had no issue with.Unfortunately, the Frankston store did not have any of the applicable coolers in stock, however Aaron's colleague suggested we could use the last one that he had in his possession as he was in the process of repairing another customers machine, but was required to wait for parts. On that basis he offered the fan to Aaron to install into my machine.Aaron gave me no promises in relation to the speediness of the repair/replacement but advised he would endeavour to have this back to me as soon as possible, given that I advised him that my machine is used daily for work purposes.I fully understood the pressures and volume of work that the technicians are under, and therefore express my extreme gratitude to Aaron for having the repair/replacement done literally overnight, and I was able to pick up the machine the following afternoon.Please pass on my gratitude to Aaron and his colleague in the service area. I would have no hesitation in recommending the store for future PC purchases and service requirements.

We received extremely attentive and personal service from the folk at Centre Com Frankston. They listened and understood our query, and after rectifying the situation, promptly let us know that our item was ready for pick up. We would not hesitate in doing business with these guys or recommending their service and outstanding ability to problem solve. They know their stuff!!

I spoke to Alex. He was really helpful, profession and fast. He helped me out with my purchase (cables) and gave me some advice on head phones and laptops. I will definitely return.

I saw the boys at centrecom today,I was a mess because my computer died last night at the very end of finishing my assignment for uni. I run my business through my computer and was shell shocked when it crashed....I brought my computer in, distraught and unable to tell them what happened. Not only did Jeremy make me laugh, he managed to pull out my hard drive and give me a device for me to save all my documents and programs to put into a new computer.... he saved my assignment, my business documents and my life today!!!!! I walked out $100 poorer but woth my livelihood and sanity intact! Small price to pay!!!.... next few weeks I'll be heading back to get a new desktop computer, I can't thank you guys enough for everything you do!!!! Xxxxx

Very impressed with my service received @Centre Com Frankston. I did not get our technicians name (sorry! It was Monday 06/03 @10:30*). My partner and I are first time PC builders and we walked in today to get some assistance. The technician helped us out and got us working within minutes! They knew exactly what to do. We are so grateful and we were not even going to be charged. We were more than happy to pay the service fee. Thank you very much :-)

Jeremy is an absolute Gem! He gave me all of his attention when dealing with me and answered all of my questions, even the silly questions. Where most places make you feel stupid for not knowing tech stuff, Jeremy did the complete opposite. I'd highly recommend going here, and asking for Jeremy, you won't be disappointed!

This centercom store is my local and its extremely convenient for people needing electronic parts or accessories in a hurry. Store layout has been modified in recent years and its expansive and open, lots of great products on display.They also offer a repair service for all devices alike, which seemed to be a in demand feature of the store. Staff are friendly and are always available to offer advice to know less tech savvy customers. You pay a little premium compared to other online stores however I feel it's justified for the bricks and mortal experience. Well done guys.

Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He provided sound technical advice in easy to understand language that allowed me to purchase with confidence. Furthermore, the purchase of our new router fixed the problem I had encountered. Thanks again.
