We moved from United States back to Australia and we are forever thankful to Sonia for letting us rent one of the CPR’s rental properties. The 2 weeks we had to undertake in quarantine she actually had organized for the apartment to be repainted, so it’s fresh and nice for us. I was extremely happy because not a lot of agencies do that. Sonia has been very helpful with everything and swift with her responses. We know that we are in good hands.

Trash ! As a tenant you can’t do anything, in your own home that you pay rent for, and helping the landlord pay their loan of ! Sonia always delays important messages when we need her. She responded when she felt like it! We kept the rules for everything and still ungrateful, she’s lucky we didn’t trash the place up and let her clean it up with her own money! Professionally all she cares about is the money that’s all, as long as that’s coming in then she’s happy. Very unfair real estate, don’t come here!* also please note your feedback to your agency don’t scare anyone. Plenty of other real estate that we met already listen and understand. First of all I would like to Thank Sonia for the wonderful support she had given regarding our home transition.To start off, finding a home is very easy in Sydney. However, finding a good real estate agent is not that simple task. We were looking for a home to move in around Blacktown and when we inspected a property we got to know that It was managed by CPR Real Estate.We have checked their reviews in Google and all of them were top notch, so we just made up our mind to go based on their reviews and our decision was not wrong. The lease agreement happened within few days which is something that keeps you relaxed.When you move to a new home obviously you will notice few issues here and there. When we informed Sonia on the same and she is onto it, organized the issues to be sorted out within no time. She even takes the ownership for the pending issues and follows up with us even before we even ask her again. This is something which is really commendable.Whoever is looking for properties, I would recommend to go with CPR with no second thought. If any problems, Sonia will sort out!
