The worst experience I ever had. First of all I was due to have eyelash extensions at 1pm and was stuck in traffic and couldn’t make it in time so I messaged on Facebook to say I will be only 10-15 min late and they did not accept it and told me to come the next day when I was on my way. I had to just say that I have just parking and coming as it was a huge inconvenience for me to come back another day. This was for the free eyelash model they wanted. I went in and they were speaking in their language and have been treated with the worst treatment. Having a student do my eyelashes !!!! How can you have a student do your eyelashes when you haven’t gotten told as well as it took more than two hours to do. When I spoken up and said that I need to leave as they wanted me to stay another two hours the lady told me he is learning and that that’s why he is taking a long time!!! I couldn’t believe that she would say this. I did not ask for a student to do it. I did not come for the student. I came to be the model for the owner of the business the one whom i was talking to. Do not go there if you want to be a model I give it 0 out of 10 for service and for the outcome as well

My first few experiences here were amazing. My last 3 experiences have been disappointing. My entire set of lashes have fallen out within 4-7 days each time. I have followed all care instructions and treated them very carefully but their products have changed or something as the longevity of the lashes is terrible. My natural lashes are not attached to the extension when they fall out so the glue is the issue. I do not use any oil based products or wear makeup. I used a professional foam lash cleanser.

Really loved my classic lashes, couldn’t feel them at all, looked and felt so natural. The application was really gentle too, I couldn’t feel a thing. Will definitely be back for another set! Fantastic value for money, lasted well for two weeks.

I have been seeing Melissa Lashes for 1.5years now and the quality and look of her lashes is why I have been coming back. I have so many people complimenting me on my lashes anywhere I go from shops to supermarket to friends and I would without hesitation recommend her lash service because they are totally worth the quality and look. They last really well up to my 3 week infill and look really good and full even after infills! Melissa is very delicate and gentle in her procedures and I would highly recommend Melissa Lashes :)

this lash boutique is located about 10-12 minutes by foot from Liverpool train station. the place has always been neat and nicely decorated.they have both high trained staff and staff learning the skill (you’ll get a lower rate but would take at least 3-3.5 hours depending on the technician). Most products used were high quality based on experience. Minimal falling off after 24 hours and mostly last for more than 2 weeks - 1 month

I went and got my lashes done for lash lift and also was thinking of doing a classic set of lash extensions (on their website the price was listed $60).When I called to make the appointment for my lash lift, the lady over the phone said $70. However I was charged $80 after my appointment. I asked why there is a price discrepancy and she said the price isn’t updated.Also, while I was waiting for my lashes to set in, the beautician received a phone call and the phone call was over loud speaker, the lady said to the customer over the phone that classic extension will cost $60. Afterwards when I asked her how much classic extensions will cost, she said $90.I don’t understand why these prices change for different people.However, the lash lift do look nice and the beautician took care in doing the lashes.

Every time I go toMelissas to get my eyelashes done it’s a fantastic experience the eyelashes are amazing and last all the staff a really nice and the environment is so relaxing!!

Had my lashes done here for first time about 2 and half weeks ago and STARTED falling out the following day. I came in on the Friday to get them fixed and was charged extra for an infill after being told they will only replace free of charge within 3 days?? This was never disclosed on first visit and almost $200 later and my lashes have barely lasted 2 weeks. Attempted to reach out on facebook with no response and sent multiple followup messages. The owner finally replied abruptly days later asking me to remove my review because its bad for her business- she refused to accept any responsibility for poor lash application after not being able to provide any reasonable explanation or solution. Instead she accused me of not removing my makeup properly and using oily products- when I DON'T wear eye makeup and only use OIL FREE products on my skin so I sent her video with photos NO RESPONSE and BLOCK. I followed all your aftercare instructions including using the professional foam cleaner for maintenance as I have been getting lashes done for years and have never encountered such unprofessional conduct from a business. I also attempted to reach out via text multiple times with photos, which she has NEVER replied to this day. She has BLOCKED ME from her FB page and messenger so I could not followup further or share my experience to warn other customers hence the many hidden reviews. I'm left with spidery and gappy lashes after falling out in clumps- FYI Update- When I came in to remove them, the girl PULLED out what was left of my lashes with TWEEZERS without using eye pads or lash remover!!. Do not waste your time or money- go to a legitimate lash place who looks after their customers and does not engage in deceitful business practices.
