I wanted plastic 4L paint pots because I was sick of tin paint tins rusting and dropping rust into the paint. I searched online and found a good price on Oldfields pots and lids. I was over at Matraville so I thought I’d pop in. They didn’t have stock but said they could ship it. We negotiated a fair freight price. Their staff are obliging and considerate. Delivery in two days. Great service all round.

I have been trying to find a specific Zinnser brand product locally (Grafton, NSW) but nooone stocked the line I was after and expected wait times for delivery were 2-3weeks.I found the product I was after at paintaccess.com.au and contacted them to check the expected delivery time to my region and ordered the Zinsser PermaWhite via the website. It arrived on my doorstep 36 hours later in perfect condition and my project is nearing completion - 2 weeks earlier than if I had purchased from one of the local Paint retailers and without any hiccups, delays or dramas.I will be buying from Paint Access again in the future because of their range, quality service and speed of delivery.

I was in the market for a new airless spray gun.Had been a customer of paint access before and knew they had an extensive range of Graco equipment.Years ago I needed 10 dropsheets they didn't have in stock. By 6am the next morning they were delivered to my jobsite!Got in contact with Daniel and immediately he was extremely helpful.I had my doubts about whether the product did what stated it was apparently capable of.Within hours he had let me know about the product, whether he had it in stock and had also put me in contact with another painter who talked me through the pros and cons of the unit. (Thanks Shaun)Afterwards he was even trying to organise an demo for me at his store.I decided to purchase the day after and by the end of that same day I had the unit in my hands. He drove personally a significantly long distance to deliver it to me.In a time when I feel most people and businesses aren't in the slightest bit interested in customer service or going above and beyond the minimum Daniel proves me wrong.The man is a true pro and a gentleman.
