I was REFUSED TO BUY two bags of salt today, even tho they had two full pallets in stock. Was told they would need to do a water test for me to buy the salt, no doubt so they could upsell me things i didn’t need.I walked out and will never buy from this shop again. I drove 5 minutes to another pool shop where they sold me two bags of salt no questions.What sort of business refuses to sell goods to a paying customers? A business that has no idea.

Appalling service, I had an installation booked in for a new sand filter, new top of the line cell and new pump, this was all booked in 1 1/2 months ago. I even took two days off work to be at home for them. Received a confirmation text 4 days before to say they are coming. Waited all day and nobody showed up, not even a phone call to say why they weren’t there. Rang head office and they told me that they had to reschedule due to not having the parts and they would sort it out quickly and give me a phone call to let me know when they can come. Still waiting for that phone call. I have supported this pool and spa business for years only to be treated like I don’t exist and they could not be bothered. Would not ever recommend this company.Mark

Tried to buy some salt from here today. They had two big pallets full. Was just wanting one bag and even though I have bought products from here before they would not sell me a bag of salt because I wasn't considered a regular" customer. The guy sat there on a stool the whole time with his arms crossed and was extremely rude about it. What a way to do business!"
