The Evermore

Excellent living environment, I had been well taking cared by the building management team and I had great experience living in the building. The building is maintained under a great condition. I’m happy that I have chooses to purchase the Evermore apartment.

Great building, building management keep everything safe and clean. Neighbours kind and friendly. Facilities excellent and a quiet street. We moved from rural property to The Evermore over 4 months ago and have found it mostly quiet and it more than suitable to call home. For those looking to purchase rates and strata are reasonable.

Dogs barking on multiple levels at all hours, noise echoes around a lot - even on the common areas people letting their dogs run around and bark at all hours.

I love living at The Evemore, where I can call it home. I moved in a few month ago with my partner, Evermore is making me feel very safe and comfortable. I have never seen random people come in and out of the building, that was the main thing I worried about when purchasing. I love the life styles and surrounding, I often go to Matilda on domain road for brunch, south Melbourne market for my grocery.the most special point for me in this building is the common area and facilities, I love the gym and pool and sauna here!!! they are clean and have multiple choices for people who are desiring for some exercise.

Dogs barking on balconies at all hours during the day and into the night.No peace or quiet! I wouldn’t be moving in!Renter beware!

We stayed recently at Evermore and could not fault our experience. A lovely clean new property. Great layout amazing views. We love the location will definitely be our choice when next in Melbourne.

Poor tenant support.I wouldn't suggest anyone rent here.Paying over $2k p/m for an apartment that has a leaky shower, and a front door that bangs alot.My shower door leaks like crazy and my front door is so lose it bangs away all day and night due to the powerful drafts we have in the building.I had the building manager come to assess my concerns this morning and they tell me neither the shower door nor the front door are faulty, so they won't even put in a request to the actual landlord (who may actually spend under $50 to fix them).I am now processing a complaint with VCAT.I was even considering purchasing an apartment here later this year. Definitely won't now, if this is how the building manages its tenants.Yet the rental manager Christine has been nothing but helpful and professional.Unfortunately, the building management policies are very poor.Not the level of management you would expect from Southbank Vic.
