Highly unethical business model. Scamming customers and taking advantage of people. Charged a call out fee of $140 only for a sales person to come out weeks later to inform us that a heater service would cost $1098.00. The sales person did not even look at the make or model of the heater - they just pretended to look at their iPad for a second and then gave us this exorbitant price. Why can't they do this over the phone? Because its a scam. Apalling.Avoid this company - dodgy as!EDIT: Upon calling the customer service manager, we have been given a refund of the $140 call out fee and we are happy with this outcome.

Had DB attend to quote on appliance installation. Completed job quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the service.

We used this company as they were the quickest ones we could book in to have our split system maintained and vents cleaned.We were charged a call out fee and the lady could not give me an estimate of how much the service would cost over the phone as she was not a technician".I already felt uneasy about this as I had been quoted by other companies for a service and call out fee all similarly of $250.We ended up paying for the service of $1039!! This doesn't even include the call out fee! The only thing done was a cleaning of the filters (with our hose)Don't get me wrong the technician was great but the cost of the service was insane!We could have purchased a new unit for this amount.Will never use again. I wish I had read these reviews prior to booking

Ducted gas heating stopped working I had a guy come out to see what the problem was. The unit was in the roof which I let them know when I called. The guy who came out couldn’t fit in the man hole and obviously was unable to properly inspect. He gave me 4 quotes ranging from $1000 for a service and $31,000 for a new system. I was left with no heating for a month while waiting for another company to come and inspect. The problem was solved for under $300! Disgusted with this service from Metropolitan Air conditioning for over quoting and leaving us with no heating coming into winter. Not happy with this service
