Store sells faulty products. I’ve done everything I was told to do on my part (sent them back faulty product so now I have no vape) now customer service is ghosting me.Smoking is detrimental to my health so I really don’t appreciate spending $350 for a vape that breaks and being forced to smoke because the store will not call me to sort out these issues. I Have also emailed multiple times.You’ve replied to other people’s reviews in the last 24 hours so why can’t you reply to my email. I’ve even offered to send you MORE money so that I can switch brands but still no reply.

I purchased a vaporiser from here for my partner's birthday and it arrived in poor condition, the staff at AV went above and beyond to help replace the item and assist with the warranty claim. A truly wonderful experience dealing with them from start to finish. The shipping initially and when replacing were both overnight. Good job AV keep up the great work. Consuela is an asset to your business and was polite and helpful right from the get go!

Wow, these guys really know how to treat their customers right - Australian Vaporizers! They were super fast to respond when I had an issue, and they handled everything like true pros. I requested an email for when a product arrived back in stock. I never got the email, but sent AV an email a few weeks later just to see if the item was going to come back or if it were going to get removed. They got back to me right away, I ordered it right away, it arrived a week later… with a little candy burger in the box too!Would recommend
