I called and sent an email and they said they would get back to me to book in a time. They didn’t. I called the next day and they said they would call back to book in a time. They didn’t again.

I was recommended East Coast Cranes by a company who uses them on a regular basis. The appointment was changed twice (admittedly it was just before Christmas). The 2nd appointment was cancelled at the time their representative was due to my home. In the new year the rep finally arrived. He was thorough with the run through for the quote. The quote was promised that evening or the next day and still waiting. Wouldn't recommend.

East Coast Cranes came highly recommended and we can see why! These guys are the best in the business and their customer service is fantastic! We had them do a challenging plunge pool lift for us recently and due to their excellent planning it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend them!
