Wonderful physio/pilates centre. I have medical conditions and it has been hard finding someone who is experienced and confident working with my complicated medical history. Coming here has given me the freedom to further work on my recovery and return to exercise in a way that is suitable for my individual needs.

I was anxious about going to the physio for the first time, but the staff were so kind my anxieties were relieved. My physio was Nick, and he was very clear and respectful, explaining to me my issues and how to solve them. Lovely experience overall.

Couldn’t recommend Paul Crouch more - very knowledgeable physio that explained things in an easy to understand manner. Helped with my lower back and IT band/runners knee pain.

This was my first time having a remedial massage. I was made to feel so comfortable before and during the service. A couple of days after I felt new person. I go to the gym quite often so my muscles are always sore and definitely needed this! Highly recommend
