I would not take a push bike to these clowns , they misdiagnosed my Nissan 4 x and I kept telling them it was a broken drive shaft , when they finally listen they then actually drove it with a broken drive shaft , said it was ok to drive in town but not fast !! said they couldn't find a part , for 3 weeks , I took it to a real mechanic who found one in 20 mins and fixed it within 2 days , if I could give them no stars I would don't waste your time of them their service it like their attitude it STINKS

Dropped my 2021 Nissan off @ 7am for a service, thinking to leave it with them for the day if they needed it. Was called a little later that day to ask if I wanted Tyres rotated and a wheel alignment, I thought, why not" (approx $188 extra)... was then told car should be ready by approx 12.30 - so far so good. Was then phoned at 1.30 to ask how long they could keep the vehicle as they were waiting on the brake oil to arrive.. said no probs I finish at 3.30 so can pick up then. Got there at 3.30 to see another customer having tyre issues and leaving unhappy.. Lady at counter said

We took our 5 year old Navara to BCN the of 2022 with a coolant leak and engine check light issue.23 December it was back in the workshop for the 3rd time, the engine had a cracked head and had been cracked for a long time. $11 000 and 3 months later, I picked up the vehicle and it had a miss. Here we go again, told it back and was told the injectors were stuffed and we were told that they were stuffed when the head cracked. BCN told me that they had quoted to replace the injectors and I said not to replace them, what a load of rubbish. Do yourself a favour, use BCN.

I recently moved to Hervey Bay. I rang Bay City Nissan to see if they could attend to the cruise control in my 2008 STX twin cab ute. It had always worked fine however it stopped working a week ago. The woman in the service department told me that she would have to check with the boys to see if they would accept working on an older model vehicle. Really ?. What a disgrace. I told her not to bother. What a poor performance from the local Nissan dealership.

I am don’t want to rude or anything but if you can get your car from any other Nissan dealership I would highly recommend the service this is terrible no one was able to help me out I will never be going back to that place ever again now even worth 1 star
