Brett and the team work hard to ensure you get the very best product and service available, light years above and beyond the rip off merchants in Cairns. Highly recommended for all your 4x4 lithium kit outs and smaller jobs like air conditioning will be treated just as important.

Brett and his team were fantastic, we had on-going issues that the manufacturer both couldn't diagnose and wouldn't repair (even under extended warranty) Brett took the time to properly diagnose the issue and provide multiple options for a solution. Cannot recommend this business enough.

Excellent customer service, easy to deal with professional team! First time taking car into a workshop by myself and left there knowing I was taken care of and not taken advantage of, I waited approx 4-6 weeks for my initial quoteBrett explained about the wait and it makes complete sense and at the end of the day if you need to wait for a quote they are clearly busy and very popular, once initial quote was done they were very flexible with booking my car in. My aircon has been fixed" 3 times in the last 9 months by other businesses in Cairns and in the weeks following it stops working

My headlights suddenly went and I was in a panic. The team at Autoelect came to the rescue. They were booked back to back but made the effort to slip my car in for a quick look. Thankfully it was just some bulbs blown so they fixed it on the spot despite their very busy afternoon. After all that the bill was very reasonable and such friendly service. I am glad I now know where to take my vehicle for any future auto-electrical work.
