Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The wait times are beyond a joke! I waited for over an hour with a severely swollen elbow to not been seen by Muy Lim as I was not on his patients list even though I had an appointment . Reception staff were of no help at all. Do yourself a favour and never go to this clinic. You can’t give zero star otherwise I would.

I have been coming to this clinic for more than 15 years Dr Ramsay is the best doctor. He cares about his patience he always follows up on my treatment see I'm doing OK. Clinic is clean staff in reception are great and nurses are really friendly make you feel comfortable always.

The place is easy to find. Large parking area comparing with other local clinic. They have a large team of doctors, diabetic nurse and dietitian... All staffs are friendly, helpful and caring... Also they have an online booking for appointments... very convenient.

Made an appointment for sports injury to my shin / foot last week, saw Dr Chris - amazing doctor, he went out of him way to help me out.Would recommend him to everyone, problem is once I put this post up im sure it'll be very difficult to get an appoint for him on my follow up visit in 3-4 weeks time....

December 7 6 pm rude unprofessional receptionists and disorganised incorrect paperwork. My husband had an appointment via Telehealth with DR MUY LIM and he told him to drive down there to pick up his referral, blood test paperwork and a medical certificate and when he drove down there specifically for that the medical certificate was wrong it was from weeks ago, and the blood test paperwork was not at front and the receptionists on Wednesday evening just before 6pm closing were very rude and would not call the dr who told my husband to drive down there to send the correct paperwork to the front desk. So my husband drove down to the clinic for nothing. He cannot take time off to get his blood test referral and the receptionists simply would not lift a finger to call and help get the papers even after my husband told them the dr specifically instructed him to drive down there right away for it. So I don’t know how the dr expects him to get it done. To top it off my hubby won’t be able to submit his medical certificate now for the two days to payroll so now we are out two days of money from his salary it will go as unpaid. Absolute mess. There is no way to get anything done around there professionally

My family and I have been seeing dr. Morgan Rayner for long time now, we followed him here. We find him extremely caring, understanding. Patient and professional. He takes genuine interest in his patients well-being and acts immediately when required. He is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make patients life easier. We highly recommend him. The clinic staff is good the facility is clean and well maintained. Thank you so much dr. Rayner for your ongoing support and care.

Awful. Waited over 2 hours to see Dr Nataliya. Reception staff were lovely but honestly is not enough for me to ever return. Ive been coming here for years, but it's time to find a new GP. It's gotten much worse over the years.

Been attending this clinic for the past year and always had a positive experience. Knowledgeable doctors, fantastic nurse and lovely receptionists. Sometimes there can be a longer wait in the waiing room but that is often beyond the clinics control. Feel like I am supported by the doctors I have seen and great medical advice. I would recommend this clinic.

Took my daughter in today and chanced upon Dr Morgan. What a thoroughly knowledgable Dr! Honestly hard to come by in this area and such a shame he only works 2 days as I would definitely have him as our family Dr!
