Worst experience ever have to wait 2 weeks for an an appointmentPhoned the store for helpResponse was basically to bad so sadTelstra overall isa disaster

The most appalling experience I have had with any business. last week the man on the door said they couldn't help me, to come back Monday. I asked about making an appointment, he said, we don't make appointments. I came back today to be told they can't help because I don't have an appointment, and then was yelled at and then ignored by a Telstra Rep in the store. I then spent 40 minutes on hold to telstra, to be told I have to go to the local store. I suggest Telstra, you employ MORE staff and train them properly. Your team are beyond terrible. It seems to be Telstra's goal to lose clients - you've certainly lost me

Went to the store to avoid a lengthy phone call to cancel a service. After waiting for ages was told that they couldn’t cancel a service and I need to do it by phone. After questioning this I was then told that yes, they supposed I could do it in store but all their spots were booked for the day….nobody else was in the store!? And that I should come back another day when they weren’t so busy!

The worst customer service. I went in the store with a friend to purchase outright a new phone as my current mobile is broken. I am a telstra customer. The sales person said to me in front of my friend that I needed an appointment the following week or I could first thing at 9am in the morning and she'd put it through the till. The next morning I arrived at 8:45am with two kids and waited for the store to open. When it did open, I was refused service for not having an appointment. I asked to speak to the same sales person as the day before. I said to her that you told me you'd put the phone through if I got to the store at 9am." She then lied in front of me and my children that she said no such thing and that I needed an appointment. As any parent would know

They are very bad. Went to buy a product and they have the product but didn't sell. Instead told me that I need to book an appointment which is available after a week. I went to office works and buy the same product even cheaper. I won't go there and ask others stop using Telstra.

Waited in line for about twenty minutes to be told you need an appointment whilst the entire time there was 5 of them doing nothing but talking to themselves

Wow very rude made me come into the store than I was told to come an hour later.I was told I could not do anything over the phone I called the bathurst store and they did it over the phone within 10 minutes.The lady in the orange store was very rude and being aggressive I could not believe the way I was treated especially in front of other customers and especially all the information she told me was wrong and got fixed easily by the bathurst store.I’ve never had such bad customer service in my lifeIf you go into the orange store avoid the round chick she has a massive chip on her shoulder.

Wanted to make an appointment. Was told a date and it was in 6 weeks. Went to Harvey Norman instead and got what I wanted that day

You CANNOT book an appointment!You CAN line up at 8.30am and hope to be in the group attended to.Only Telstra would turn away customers....The afternoons are for customer verbal queries only. No purchases etc. Come back tomorrow morning..."FFS"

My 76 year old Mum just called me in Brisbane upset by the way she had been treated and spoken to at this shop - Telstra Shop in Orange NSW. 2 days ago she went there to buy a replacement phone for her iPhone 7. She attempted to then transfer the data etc over herself but had difficulty so took it back to the shop 2 days later and they said it was because she didn't have sufficient storage. They then told her the phone she bought had only 128GB not 256GB like her previous one. She asked why they sold her a phone with less storage capacity and they said it was her fault for not checking the small print of the contract, which they didn't even go through just said sign here".As experts in their field
